An overnight oats smoothie? Yes! The bottom is made of overnight oats and the top is a smoothie. Altogether, this combo makes for a perfectly creamy, fruity and delicious breakfast!

Pawpaw/or papaya is a tropical fruit that is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C and has properties linked to reducing cancer prevalence and improving heart health.

Mango and Pawpaw Overnight Oats Smoothie Combo

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 mango large
  • 1/2 papaya
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 240 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • The night before, add oats, milk, honey and yogurt to jar. Mix. Leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 20 minutes.
  • The next morning, chop your mango and pawpaw portions. Add half of the chopped fruit to a blender and blend with a splash of water to create your "smoothie".
  • Add the smoothie to your oat mixture. Top with the rest of your chopped mango and pawpaw.
