Baked Yam Fries
Made in three different ways- original, suya-spiced and chilli-lime flavour, you will probably never eat another meal without baked yam fries again!

- 2 cups yam
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt to taste
Preheat your oven to 180*C.
Cut roughly 2 cups in size of a tuber of yam and peel the skin off.
Slice into fry-like shapes.
Sprinkle your yam fries with with salt to taste and 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Lay on a baking tray lined with foil or greaseproof paper and place i the oven to bake for 25 minutes flipping halfway through.
For your suya flavoured version, sprinkle suya powder on fries after cooking making sure to coat evenly.
For your chilli lime flavour, sprinkle chilli powder and rated lime rind over your fries and coat evenly
