Mushroom Suya Kebabs

- 1 cup oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp sunflower/vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp suya powder
- Salt to taste
Preheat your oven to 180*C grill
Wash your mushrooms thoroughly
Skewer mushrooms onto your skewers.
Brush each mushroom kebab with oil.
Season with a pinch of salt and you suya powder, coating thoroughly.
Place on a grill tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
