Ingredients

  • 1 cup oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp sunflower/vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp suya powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180*C grill
  • Wash your mushrooms thoroughly
  • Skewer mushrooms onto your skewers.
  • Brush each mushroom kebab with oil.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and you suya powder, coating thoroughly.
  • Place on a grill tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
