BAKED YAM CHIPS

Ingredients
  

  • 544 g yam
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut your yam into strips and soak them in water for 5 minutes. 
  • Dry them and add them to a baking tray. Coat them in coconut oil and salt. 
  • Place them in the oven at 180*C for 30 minutes. Keep flipping them to the other sides every few minutes so that all sides brown. 
  • Take out and enjoy!
