QUIRKY BAKED WHOLE WHEAT ACHOMO (CHIN CHIN)

Ingredients
  

  • 380 g whole wheat flour
  • 75 g butter (melted)
  • 75 g coconut oil (melted)
  • 115 g coconut sugar
  • 78 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180*C. 
  • Mix all your wet ingredients together in one bowl then mix all your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. 
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine till a ball is formed. 
  • Roll out on a floured surface with a rolling pin and with a knife/pizza cutter, cut out your diamond/square shapes. 
  • Separate each diamond and lay them out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper/foil and place in the oven for 25 minutes. Broil for 2-5 minutes afterwards until golden brown. Leave to cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!
