QUIRKY BAKED WHOLE WHEAT ACHOMO (CHIN CHIN)

- 380 g whole wheat flour
- 75 g butter (melted)
- 75 g coconut oil (melted)
- 115 g coconut sugar
- 78 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 180*C.
Mix all your wet ingredients together in one bowl then mix all your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine till a ball is formed.
Roll out on a floured surface with a rolling pin and with a knife/pizza cutter, cut out your diamond/square shapes.
Separate each diamond and lay them out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper/foil and place in the oven for 25 minutes. Broil for 2-5 minutes afterwards until golden brown. Leave to cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!
