If your skewers are wooden, soak them for about 20 minutes in water so they don't absorb too much oil.
Chop your vegetables into chunks and place on a plate.
Add your suya, chilli powder and salt to a plate and mix.
Skewer your beef and veggies onto your skewers, alternating the order.
Dip each skewer in the spice mix until fully coated
Put them on a grilling tray and leave them in the oven at 200°C on the grill setting. Cook for 20 minutes on each side and take out when the meat is fully cooked.
