No Gym Cardio Workout

I have cardio for you all today…so let’s get it on. No gym? No problem! I got you and this should help burn off a few of those calories from the quarantine stress. Make sure to stick to the numbers or better still give me your best 

Here are the moves:

  1. Frog jumps 2 x 100
  2. Burpees 2 x 20
  3. Jump lunges 2 x 30
  4. Jump squats 2 x 50
  5. Switch step floor touch 2 x 100
  6. Jump rope 2 x 100 (with or without rope)
